I order a new guitar. Pay for Saturday delivery. What happens when Saturday comes? NOTHING!
I called them up to be told my package has been delayed and they can't tell me anything else at that time (which surely means they broke it and need to get a replacement or something) Amusingly it was delayed at the very same depot that it was dropped off at.
So yeah roll on Monday.

Parcelfarce once lost a Strat that I'd bought on eBay. They "searched for it" for six weeks, then it mysteriously turned up back at the seller's house. When they did eventually get it somewhere near my house I had to walk to the nearest Tesco so the driver could find me. This despite me living in the tallest apartment block for miles around.

That sounds about right!

Parcelforce are also famous for not bothering to ring your doorbell, taking the parcel back to the depot and claiming no one was home so youhave to collect it or arrange redelivery. I'd never use them again, I'd rather drive across the country and collect in person.
