Do you do anything different for local gigs and ones further afield, as far as your rig goes? The main thing for me is always going to be that I almost always use my cab (Zilla 2x12) live locally. I find too many issues with other peoples cabs (crap sounding speakers, ambiguous ohmage, unstable etc), and I know my sound with my cab. Other than that, there's no major differences.
What I aiming for is at some point to get a Kemper (either powered, or with a Matrix power amp) and use that. After playing a load with Pete in my band's, I'm sold on them. They are awesome, and take up far less space than a head does for the most part. Plus, while I've never had any issues with my amps live, there is always that element of travelling 3 hours to a gig with the boot packed up and hoping that the tubes haven't come unseated or broken or something like that. As I say, never actually happened, but it's a risk I'd like to remove.

As you know, Diezel goes everywhere with me. I also foresee a Kemper though. Not sure whether to go powered or not, but definitely gonna pick up a Matrix.
