I figure that I had best kick this off so that the forum looks a tad less desolate!
I have no idea how long I have actually been playing guitar now as it just started out as a distraction back when I played drums full time then took over due to an unfortunate burglary that left me without a kit that would have been far too expensive to replace
so I took the route that I figured would be cheaper.... How wrong I was.
I generally stick to playing 80's metal and I am a self confessed Metallica fanboy.
I have had many guitars over the years but I always keep coming back to Ibanez and my partscaster. I also build guitar amps & effects as a hobby and there will probably be a couple of members on here that own amps that I have built.
